Creative Arts and PE
Whether performing on stage, creating music or representing the school in sport, students are encouraged to challenge themselves, discover new talents and grow in confidence through a wide range of practical experiences.
Creativity, performance and participation are central to life within the faculty. Through Drama, Music and Physical Education, students develop communication, teamwork and resilience while learning the value of commitment, self-expression and personal achievement.

Drama
Whether performing on stage, creating original pieces or exploring established works, Drama encourages students to think creatively and communicate with confidence. Practical lessons develop collaboration, problem-solving and performance skills, while opportunities to reflect and evaluate help students grow as both performers and individuals.
Music
Music brings together creativity, performance and technical understanding. Through performing, composing and listening, students explore a wide range of genres and traditions while developing the confidence to express themselves as musicians.
Throughout Key Stage 3, students build their musical knowledge and practical skills, providing a strong foundation for further study and performance opportunities at Key Stage 4.
Physical Education
Physical Education encourages students to challenge themselves, support others and strive for continual improvement. Through a broad programme of activities, students develop physical skills, teamwork and resilience while gaining an understanding of the importance of leading healthy, active lifestyles.
Key Stage 4 Revision Resources
Preparation for examinations and practical assessments requires a combination of knowledge, reflection and regular practice. The resources below support students in developing their understanding of key concepts, refining their skills and preparing confidently for assessment
