BSL Interpretation Available
We are committed to ensuring that all families can communicate with the school in a way that works for them.
John Taylor Free School uses Convo Access, a live British Sign Language (BSL) interpreting service for Deaf parents and carers. Visitors can scan the QR code displayed at Reception to connect with a qualified BSL interpreter and communicate with school staff in real time.
This service is particularly helpful for shorter interactions and enquiries. For longer meetings, including review meetings, appointments and other planned discussions, an in-person interpreter can be arranged where required.
