Find out more about our Post-16 provision and how we prepare our students for higher education and careers.
Please see below for the application process for current John Taylor Free School students.
For external students, please scroll further down the page.
The 16-19 Bursary Fund is available to those students who need financial support to continue their studies into Post-16 education. It is available to students from low-income household families and those in certain vulnerable groups.
The vulnerable groups that are eligible are those students who are in care, care leavers or, in receipt of income or disability support. Those students who are not considered to be in a vulnerable group can still receive financial support at the discretion of Post-16 at JTFS and would need to provide proof of family income.
Funds will be allocated on a case by case basis and may vary based on the volume of applications. The funding is subject to good attendance to lessons and will be withdrawn if attendance becomes irregular.
All applications and queries should be submitted to: post16@johntaylorfreeschool.co.uk
