Applications to John Taylor Free School are now open!

There has been considerable interest in the new John Taylor Free School currently being built in Tatenhill, to the west of Burton on Trent. We are pleased to tell you that we have now opened our application process, and plan to admit 210 children into Year 7 in September 2018.

The school is part of the John Taylor Multi Academy Trust, who are looking to build on the success of the John Taylor High School and use their expertise and educational leadership in the area to replicate many of the key areas of the curriculum in the new free school.

The application process is very straightforward and only takes a couple of minutes to complete online at www.johntaylorfreeschool.co.uk. As the school is yet to open, applications must be made to the school itself (and not through the usual Staffordshire County Council Process), in effect, giving parents an extra choice of secondary school. Please note: This application can be made as well as, not instead of, any applications made through the Staffordshire County Council process.

We hare holding a number of information sessions and an open evening if you would like to come along and find out more about the new John Taylor Free School:
